What to include in your inquiry

To help us understand the request, identify the structure type, location, affected member, observed defect, when it was first noticed, whether it is changing, and whether drawings, photographs, test results, or previous repair records are available. Do not enter confidential personal information that is not needed for the inquiry.

Safety and response limits

The contact form is not an emergency reporting service. If there is sudden movement, falling material, severe impact or fire damage, rapidly growing cracks, or any concern about immediate stability, restrict access where appropriate and contact local emergency services, the building authority, or a qualified local structural professional. A website inquiry does not create an engineering engagement or authorize repair work.
